We engage with the community by going far beyond the conventional practices of welcoming people in to see performances, exhibitions, etc. We actively target members of the public to engage in the work we do. We encourage people to discover their creative selves, and facilitate them to find their artistic voices. We create the space for those who are not usually involved in the arts to interact with working artists in a collaborative process that leads people to become actively creative. This approach shows that the arts are not elite or exclusive, but attainable and meaningful to everybody.
