The inaugural international exhibition of the One LP Project gives a fascinating insight into the profound musical influences of some of the most highly respected contemporary jazz artists - A study of the artist portrayed with a favourite recording. Each portrait is accompanied by a short interview that explores the album’s meaning and value for the subject.’ Al Jarreau, Annie Ross, Herbie Hancock, Kenny Burrell, Marcus Miller, Miles Davis and Stan Tracey are among the musicians featured in this diverse exhibition encompassing jazz performance, portraits and musical instrument still life images.
