The Third Policeman Project
Flann O’Brien’s The Third Policeman, the underground classic that means a lot to a lot of people, is being narrated by actor Justin Scannell with live improvised sound design by Francis Heery and Harry Moore in keeping with the great tradition of storytelling in Camden Palace Hotel. A special chance for audiences to lose themselves in Flann O’Brien’s imagination in the imaginative art centre. There is even a hybrid bicycle wheel amongst the handmade instruments and laptop to create a soundscape echoing the surreality, humour, darkness and hallucinatory quality of this perplexing literary work.
